Description

1943-1944 Canadian Armoured Corps training helmet made of black cloth covered cork. Three rubber vents are on the body; on the right, left, and rear. The crown is divided into six triangular panels. The inside has a leather sweat band and a drab olive web suspension system. The helmet has a separate, detachable liner with ear guards and a chin strap. The inside is lined with beige cotton canvas.
