Scope and Content

1944 Royal Air Force inoculation certificate. Attributed to H.F. Heather, this certificate asserts that he has been inoculated and vaccinated against Yellow Fever, a viral infection often transmitted through mosquitoes. Printed on khaki coloured paper and black ink. At the top, it reads "IMPORTANT. Inoculation Certificate. R.A.F Form 1657A." Under that, it reads "This certificate must be retained, carried on the person and produced for inspection when required."
