Obverse crowned bust King George VI with title "GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX ET INDIAE IMP:" Reverse a lion standing on double-headed dragon with date "1939-1945." Ribbon is red, blue, white, red, blue, red. Pinned to the ribbon is a bronze oak leaf.
