Drawn by M.B. Field and issued by the Navigators and Engineer Officers Union (78 Leadenhall St. E.C.3).
The back of the chart covers tropical storms in the months of May to August and October to December. It also explains 'pamperos'. Most of their data is for the 49 year period between 1887 and 1935. This may date the chart to 1935.
