Obverse shows bareheaded bust King George V with title "Geogivs V Britt Omn Rex Et Ind Imp" Reverse shows Imperial crown above oak and laurel surrounded shield with title "For Long Service In The Colonial Auxiliary Forces" Suspender is plain, straight, ribbon is green, 3.2 x 8.2 cm.
