Pamphlet issued by the Canadian Military Headquarters entitled "Brief Notes on Protection Against War Gases". The bottom of the front cover notes that it was printed in February 1944.
The pamphlet details personal decontamination procedures as well as what to do when sprayed with blister gas or another gas.
The back of the pamphlet lists the four gases that a soldier might encounter, their effects, and what first aid to perform. The gases named are Blister, Choking, Nose, and Tear.
