1940-1945 Royal Canadian Air Force officer's winter fur cap. Peaked half bowl shape. Brown otter fur, stitched construction of top crown, side body, brown sateen lining. Stitched to lining are two 1.7 x 8.5 cm. black elasticized cotton straps. Sewn to front is Royal Canadian Air Force officer's cap badge: black wool base, gilt metal/red velvet King's Crown atop gilt metal eagle, gilt bullion wire.Made/Created
