Description
Winslow Mortimer pen/ink cartoon entitled "Compressed Air Hose," dating from the 1950s. The cartoon shows a hissing cobra whose body is coiled like a hose. The text above and below the snake reads "A compressed air hose is as dangerous as a cobra! Misuse of air hose can cause serious bodily harm." The cartoon is glued to a cardboard backing. The cartoon is signed "Mort." along the right side. The cartoon is done in pen/ink, pencil, and white to highlight.
