Winslow Mortimer pen/ink cartoon entitled "Watering the Plant." This cartoon is a view from the back of 2009.17.8. It shows the back of a portly man carrying a bucket of water in his right hand. He appears unsteady on his feet, since a little water is sloshing from the bucket and his left arm is stuck out for balance. The cartoon is not signed.
