Posed group photo of the 7th company RMR (French Canadian) in December 1914, at West Down South Camp in Salisbury Plain, England. There are 6 rows of men and a large white tent in the background. On each side there are three rifles posed in a pyramid. In the middle of the front row, the drum and stretchers are laid out. On the right side of the drum is the company's drummer and to his left is a bugler. Same on the left side of the drum.On either side of the buglers are the signalers, holding wrapped up flags. The officers are all in the middle of the 3rd row. On the back is a list of all the men featured in the photo, the location and the name of the battalion.
