Thirty three 14th Battalion Officers posing for a group picture outdoors in winter weather. First row: seven officers sitting down on a sheet or blanket which is placed on the snow. Second row: 13 officers sitting down on a bench. Third row: 13 officers standing up. They are all wearing headdress with their uniforms. Some of them are using gloves. They are in front of a wooded area. The trees are tall but have no leaves. There is one military member in uniform standing far away from the picture in the right background.
