Scrapbook containing newspaper clippings, letters, programming information and correspondence concerning RMR Annual Dinner and Military Ball events between 1960 and 1967. The correspondence is mainly between the Ladies' Committee and the RMR Event Committees. There are documents with a list of attendees, lists of patrons, and lists of committee members.
The contents also include documents detailing the women's clothing worn at the Ball/Dinner. There is programming and organizational information included. The scrapbook also contains a few handwritten notes with recommendations on publicity, as well handwritten and printed thank you cards.
The newspaper clippings are from both the Montreal Star and the Montreal Gazette and feature articles documenting the events, including photographs of attendees. Some of the photographs feature Major-General Charles Basil Price and Brigadier George Victor Whitehead.
The scrapbook also includes 1944 tourist pamphlets from Ghent, Belgium, posters featuring information on medals, a large map of Holland dated 1944, and a Maple Leaf newspaper from 1944.Lexicon
