Description

White ribbed cotton nurse's smock with a short round standup collar with a single buttonhole at the center back. Sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and into a cuff at the elbows. The upper part of the left sleeve has an insignia in the form of four loops forming a cross. Buttons down the front and would have had removable buttons, now missing. Lower edge of the smock is pinked. The center back is pleated at the waist with two buttons on each side to which a twill tape is attached.
