Description

Man's vest. The front is made from a textured tan cotton with a small figure brocade pattern consisting of white triangles with three black dots at the large end alternating with white stitched diamonds with tan fabric centers in a twill weave. Notched lapels and two slash pockets on each side. Three out of five original white pearl buttons are intact, one has lost the pearl cover and the bottom button is gone. The back is a tan cotton sateen with a center seam. The waist is adjusted by means of a strap of the same fabric fastened with a gold-colored buckle. The lining is a white cotton twill with a single breast pocket on the right side. The buttons are secured with metal clips and can be removed for cleaning.
