Description

Silk floral patterned damask pelerine with a 1 1/2" wide ruffle at the bottom. Self piping along the neckline and above the applied ruffle. There are darts on each side for shaping. Originally lined with a brown glazed cotton that only survives in scraps, primarily along the neckline. The fabric width was probably around 25-26 inches.
