Description

Child's cotton muslin apron made of a single piece of cloth, trimmed with two different patterns of brown printed cotton. The neckline and sleeve holes are trimmed with a narrow, probably floral print. The sides and bottom hem are edged with a 1 1/4" wide strip of foliate printed cotton. Narrow cotton tape (1/4") is run through casings that begin under the arms and continue to the back opening above the natural waistline. There are also casings with narrow cotton tapes at the neckline that run from the shoulder seam to the back opening.
