Glass plate negative photo of the interior of the barn at Quillcote, author Kate Douglas Wiggin's residence in Hollis, Maine. The back side of the negative has a section of a postcard pasted on. The photographer Bradbury was likely sizing these photos to create postcards. Many of these postcards of Quillcote are still widely available today and sold by antique ephemera dealers. This very postcard is in the Dyer Library Archives in the "Gibeon E. Bradbury Family Papers" collection (MMS51.Ph5).Made/Created
