Description

Glass lantern slide of the Moody Family. From left to right: Samuel F. Moody (1833-1906) (back), Frederick S. Moody (1867-1941) (front), Mary E. Spencer Moody (1833-1914), Charles F. Moody (1901-1960), Charles E. Moody (1859-1915), and Emma Wight Moody (1861-1943). "Home Folks" is written on the label on the slide. According to the 1900 census, Samuel, Mary, Frederick and Emma were all living at 12 Cutts Avenue (32 Cutts today) in Saco, just before Charles F. was born. Charles E. Moody was likely visiting as he was still living in Newark at this time. The dog is actually a stuffed toy and appears in other photos with Charles F.
