Glass plate negative photo of the George G. Calderwood Bakery wagon at the corner of Elm Street and River Street (current day Diamond Street) in Biddeford, ME (known at that time as "Smith's Corner"). Gilbert A. Sawyer, who owned a confectionery and variety store at 43 Elm Street, took this photo not far from his store. George G. Calderwood owned several storefronts, including at 195 and 197 Main Street in Biddeford and 66 Main Street in Saco, according to the 1907 Biddeford & Saco Directory.
