Description

One of a pair of flat-topped gilt looking glasses with deep cornice moldings with 24 wooden balls. Beneath the molding, a reverse-painted entablature features swags of roses and foliage in gold and black on a white ground. Glass is flanked by fluted half round columns with Corinthian style capitals. Rosettes are applied to each corner block. Back has its original linen backing, untouched, attached with rose head tacks. Original hanger.
