Painting, oil on canvas, of flower arrangement in a green sanded majolica vase with a fluted neck and an applied rose, standing on a table or plinth. The flowers are varieties typically painted by Bradbury and are listed on the back in Bradbury's hand: Geradia, Cardinal Flower, Jewel Weed, and Aster. A a red-spotted beetle is crawling up the neck of the base. The background is an interior setting with a stone-colored wall, slightly darker panelled wainscotting with chair rail below, and the dark brown table which appears to have painted graining. The brightly colored flowers are in marked contrast to the neutral background. The painting is on a coarse canvas nailed to the sides of the stretchers. It is unframed.
The canvas is punctured on the right side, two inches down fromt he top. The canvas is dulled with age and possibly dirt. Canvas is nailed to a board.
