Glass plate negative photo of the Eastman Park War Memorial statue in Saco, ME. The John B. Gregory House can be seen on the left. Dedicated on May 30, 1907. "Erected to the Memory of the Country's Defenders 1775-1865" reads the inscription. The monument was made by the W. H. Mullins Company in Salem, Ohio. The same statue - "Victory Crowning The Returned Soldier" - can also be found in Mercer, Pennsylvania, at the Mercer County Courthouse.
