Burgundy velvet jacket. Double-breasted (in a V shape) above the waist, four single buttons below. Painted metal buttons. Flares out below the waist and probably fell to the upper thigh; hem is slightly longer in the back. The back was originally decorated with two floral tassels, one now missing.Context
