Flintlock musket, a composite made from salvaged parts. Cherry stock with a .75 caliber barrel, English lock plate with incomplete French flint holder. Brass butt plate is undecorated and extends approximately 1 1/2" along the top of the stock. The stock has two diagonal cracks under the barrel and one large split where the back plate should be located; three large screws have been are holding the stock together in that area. An iron French barrel band has been added to the stock to reinforce the barrel. Iron ramrod.Dimensions
