Crazy quilt composed of 12" squares. Most of the squares have an embroidered motif at the center. The embroidered designs include butterflies, flowers, a young girl, and a small animal. The squares are "tied" at the corners with a round grouping of French knots, which do not show on the front. The back is of a dark green materials that appears to be a lining fabric. Interlining of batting, probably cotton.Material
