Glass plate negative photo of Wood Island Lighthouse.Context
It is possible this was taken by someone other than Moody given the approximate time frame and smaller glass plate size. Richard Parsons, author of "Wood Island Lighthouse: Stories from the Edge of the Sea," mentions that the house near the lighthouse is how it looked during the 1890s.
