Silver medal with the V Corps Artillery emblem of the pentastar, fleur de lis and motto "It Will Be Done." Text surrounding the emblem is "V Corps Leads The Way in U.S. Army, Europe." The back includes "V Corps/ Presented/ By The/ Commanding General/ In/ Recognition Of/ Outstanding/ Duty Performance/ Germany." The V Corps, also known as the Spearhead or the Third Herd, were involved in World War II, the Cold War, and the Persian Gulf War.
