Letter from Colonial Secretary's Office (Bermuda)- D. Colin Selley - to Henry Hallett with the addresses of the Duke of Devonshire and The Earl of Pembroke. The Secretary also apologises for not being able to send over photographers due to the Bermuda Rifles Camp being on. Dated 13th February 1963.
