Letter from Robert H Moyter of Appleby, Spurling & Kempe (barristers and solicitors) - Henry Hallett's nephew. Stating that careful consideration should be given to the wording of the proposed Letters Patent and that it should be granted to Body No. 1 of the Devonshire College Trustees and not to the Governors of Saltus Grammar School who are (at that time) no longer in existence.
