1st Letter - 12th April 1962 - Rodney Dennys writes to Henry Hallett - no arms or pedigree have been recorded at any time for the family of SAltus anywhere in England. RD has searched records with a view of identifying the Arms on the silver urn to ascertain if any pedigree and Arms are on record.
2nd Letter - 20th March 1963 - The Duke of Devonshire writes to Henry Hallett - giving permission to use part of his coat of arms as shown in the photograph that was kindly sent to him.
3rd Letter - 15th March - The Earl of Pembroke writes to Henry Hallett - refusing to give permission for the use of his coat of arms or part of it to be used in the Saltus crest.Created By
