Henry Price Lodge was chartered in Charlestown, Massachusetts, on June 8, 1859, by Grand Master John T. Heard, following a petition from twenty-three Charlestown Masons and a dispensation granted May 19, 1858. Named for Henry Price, the first Provincial Grand Master in America, the lodge maintained a tradition of annual pilgrimage to Price's grave in Townsend and met in Charlestown for over 140 years, celebrating its centenary in 1958. On November 21, 2002, Henry Price Lodge merged with Everett C. Benton Lodge to form Price-Benton Lodge, and later merged into the Consolidated Lodge, later renamed The Henry Price Lodge.Relationships
