The image depicts a traditional Japanese woodblock print, showing travelers wearing hats and cloaks huddling under umbrellas amid a heavy rainstorm. Tall trees and a flooded riverbank in the background, illustrate the artist's mastery in capturing the atmospheric effect of rain through intricate linework and subtle color gradients.
