Parament featuring the crown of thorns and crown of victory with the cross. The lenten parament combines the crown of thorns and the crown of victory under the cross. The crown of thorns reminds us of Christ's suffering and death for our sins. The royal crown is the symbol of His victory over sin and death (II Timothy 4:8 and I Peter 5:4).
