General Notes

Note

Parament featuring three crowns placed against a cross. Epiphany means "to show" and celebrates the manifestation of the Glory of God in the birth of Christ reveled to the wisemen who represent all Gentiles. The wisemen represented by the three crowns are symbols of Christ's mission as Prophet, Priest and King. The three wisemen as our representatives traditionally stand for those same attributes of teaching, sacrificing and ruling. These crowns are placed against the ross, the symbol of the sacrifice of Christ by which we are made one with Him and become His disciples. The green circle is the symbol of life and growth in the natural and spiritual world as we manifest Christ to all people.
