General Notes

Note

Part of a series of (4) images in which the artist attempts to capture the beauty, color and excitement of San Antonio, Texas with its wonderful blend of the old and new. The city's diverse cultural traditions show themselves in our architecture and in the lives of the people to make San Antonio a truly unique place to be. These stylized images of San Antonio on the river were composed using the technique of cut paper. The seven color images were then each hand stenciled in editions of 100 serigraphs. The artist worked with master printer Carlos Esquival at Southwest Screen Graphics in San Antonio to print this project.
