General Notes

Note

Three half circles filled with Christian, Muslim, and Jewish imagery converge on three sides of triangle containing a cross, Star of David, and Star and Crescent all surrounding the verses of Exodus 3:14,15. Israel is a land that is holy to three major faiths: Judaism, Islam and Christianity. All three claim the patriarch Abraham as a root of their heritage. All three profess the same God. Wherein lies the truth? God through the Holy Bible has given us a written testimony to the truth of Himself and to His plan for the salvation of mankind within a verifiable historical context. He chose to reveal Himself not through a famous of powerful nation, but through a small nomadic people those very weakness provided an external proof of God's hand on their affairs. It was their prophets who foretold the Savior would trace his human ancestry not through Ishmael, Abraham's son by Hagar, but rather through Isaac, his son by his wife, Sarah. Salvation does not come through being born into God's convenanted people. Rather, out of the Jews has come the Messiah Jesus, and all are justified on the basis of individual acceptance of the redemption he offers.
