Rosemarie Sheffield Taft The Big Pavilion c. 1980? | oil pastel on paper Notes: Rosemarie Sheffield Taft was a student at the Kendall School of Design in Grand Rapids. She designed furniture before coming to Saugatuck. She specialized in portraits of people and pets done from photographs. She also did Lake Michigan shore and dune scenes. This view of the Saugatuck icon was probably done from a postcard. Collection: Saugatuck Douglas Historical Society Gift of: Unknown 2012.08.01
