Three-page, typewritten report prepared by researcher Peggy Tuck Sinko in June 1997 for Bob Johnson of Pier Cove about the William Erby Carriage and Wagon Company of Chicago. The final page of the document is a letter from Sinko indicating that Johnson hired her to research the Erby Company for a SDHC presentation.

Context

Lakeshore resident William Erby Smith restored the Erby Carriage & Wagon Company building in Glenn, Michigan. The document does not make a connection between the Erby Company in Chicago to the company in Glenn or to Willam Erby Smith.
