Photograph album belonging to Grover Stout - the un-official "Major of Oval Beach" Blue leatherette cover with gold Rotary Club logo and gold binding cord. Photos are pasted to the black paper pages. Some photos have been removed or cut away. Mostly beach photos but also shots taken in Saugatuck, of a man in monk's robes, bird hunters, school pupils in hallways or lined up for class photos, postcards from Langres and Humes, France and San Francisco.
