"Truck manufacturers, even very early, built what they called chassis cabs. It was a complete rolling chassis with, at that time, just the hood, cowl, and windshield. School busses where/are generally built on chassis cabs. It looks to me this rig is an aftermarket item build on a factory chassis cab. Seems a little too nice to be a one off, but who knows. Very impressive if so. Quite the setup if it’s a camper, but you’d think there would be a chimney for a stove." - Chuck Gustafson, Oct. 2023Collection
