A notice in the Commercial Record, 6 August 1970: "Milton Stahl, vice-president of the Citizens Trust and Savings Bank, gave a talk at the Rotary Club meeting about the new bank building now under construction When the new building is completed, Stahl said, the old one will be razed and the ground landscaped. The general design of the new building will be of the semi-colonial type with facilities for drive-in and after hours banking.
