A notice in the Commercial Record, 6 August 1970: "Milton Stahl, vice-president of the Citizens Trust and Savings Bank, gave a talk at the Rotary Club meeting about the new bank building now under construction When the new building is completed, Stahl said, the old one will be razed and the ground landscaped.
