Photo of the business district on south side of Center Street between Spring and Main. Nearest to the camera is the 2-story brick Kerr Building with a handwritten note in the print "10 cent store". The next single-story building to the east is a "Dr. Office," then a store, then the "Central Store, an empty lot with a very small shed, a narrow building with a Bell Telephone sign, and last on the block is a "Meat Market." A horse or mule, hitched to an open buggy, is waiting in the street. The unpaved street is lined with a sidewalk and telephone/electric poles. The business in the Kerr building has a sign in the window for ice cream.Photograph Details
