6.5 x 4.5" black and white photograph of the Lion's club program, "Womanless Wedding" The bride in the photo is William Sorensen and the groom is Les Junkerman. (the local justice of the peace at that time in Saugatuck.) Taken approx. 1945.

Context

These campy theatrical productions, featuring many prominent men in the community dressed up as women, were offered by clubs and ticket-selling fundraisers. Manless weddings also existed.
