DVD recording of a 2015 SDHC presentation about the history of Coral Gables by Mike Johnson. The presentation begins with Ruth Johnson talking about the history of the building. Next, Mike Johnson show pictures and recounts stories about his father Tom Johnson, his brother Topper, and the many other people involved in the business. The presentation was to members of the Saugatuck Douglas Historical Society and conducted at the Coral Gables. The presentation includes footage from the "Hot Towns, Saugatuck in the Summer" TV show.
