In the background two men are watching in front of an ice cooler and a Shell station. The location is likely on Culver since boat docks can be seen in the distance. This image was featured as History Mystery # with the solution: This is the Douglas Dragons Elementary Marching Band ca 1976. The Band Director is "Bud" Morse.
