Real photos postcard of the Big Pavilion. The postcard was mailed and dated May 13, 1913.
The Pavilion, built in 1909, is relatively new and stark and has the wide steps on the end of the building that were removed 4-5 years after construction. No flags are flying and no people are visible outside the building. A small steamship in moored the river. A wire fence can been seen in the foreground.
