Context

Example of a historic marker project from 2006-2007 "Allegan County Heritage Trail is a self-guided, driving tour ... Along the 122-mile tour route, twenty-eight historical sights are identified and discussed extensively in a forty-page tour guidebook and audios. You can start the tour from any location on the route. It is designed to be driven in a clockwise direction, which provides the best scenic vistas. At each turn along the route you will see a Heritage Trail marker sign to help guide you along the route. However, you will need the Heritage Trail Tour guidebook to identify the historical sights along the way." from https://www.allegancounty.org/departments/parks-recreation-and-tourism/heritage-trail#ad-image-16
