At acquisition, the well worn documents show signs of yellowing and had a strong musty odor. Mary Voss has contacted textile specialist to determine best next step.
Before storage the wool and wool-blend jerseys were hand washed in pH-neural Woolite, double rinsed and air dried before packing in an archival bag. The jacket with its chenille letter was simply aired before packing in separate archival bag.Relationships
