Two copies of a property map printed in blue ink on beige paper. The map shows the original numbered village plats plus the Riverside Heights, Moore's, Bandle's, Judson's, Morrison's, Morrison & Densmore's, Park, Upham's and Leland's(?) additions. Large parcels surrounding the village are identified by the owner's name. The map also shows the Union School, the Boom or Dock Island, lumber activity, churches, Moore's Creek, street names, Lake Kalamazoo House, Tourists' Home, Hotel Butler, a boat livery near Francis St., Wilson's Dock at Lucy St., the Interurban line, and the Park House or Park Resort.
