Four-fold brochure with additional War-time Rest flyer attached inside. Printed with black and teal-green ink. One page is devoted to Wickwood Apartments, which were located in the Frank Wicks residence at 510 Butler Street. The brochure text promotes Saugatuck tourism in general and includes photos of girls playing shuffleboard and Oval Beach. Map and text describe ways to travel to Saugatuck. Tiny type on bottom of "Things to Do" panel states "Gentiles Preferred"
